Building Permits are required as follows.

Anything built upon or attached to the ground such as Septic Systems (new and repairs); Paving; Houses; Garages; Sheds; Swimming Pools (above & below ground); Fences; Signs; Aterations and Renovations; Changes of Use; Etc.
